The Digital Learning Programme Manager is the single accountable owner of SOLS Edu ACE, a free mobile app that helps secondary students across Malaysia and Indonesia score top grades in their end-of-high-school English exams. The role spans curriculum development, app product, school outreach, and user growth, driving end-to-end delivery with full ownership of outcomes.

What do I need?
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in TESOL, Curriculum Design, Education, or a related field.
- Strong written and spoken proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Demonstrated background in curriculum design and development, through formal study and/or professional practice.
- Experience in English language teaching within the Malaysian education context, with familiarity with SPM or equivalent national examination formats.
- Demonstrated experience creating and/or managing online education platforms, LMS tools, or ed-tech products.
- Strong project management capability, able to track multiple workstreams, manage timelines, and report clearly to leadership.
- Working proficiency with Google Workspace, AI tools, and digital communication tools.
What will I do?
- Own and manage the end-to-end roadmap for SOLS Edu ACE across tech, curriculum, outreach, and marketing workstreams.
- Lead milestone and sprint planning, maintain project trackers and risk logs, and report regularly to leadership.
- Monitor app performance using indicators such as daily active users, completion rates, and placement test uptake, acting on data to improve content and features.
- Translate SOLS Foundation's in-person English teaching methodology into a self-directed digital learning experience aligned with SPM and TKA exam standards.
- Author engaging, age-appropriate lesson content for independent learners and develop scoring logic that measures progress and exam readiness.
- Work closely with the tech team to translate educational requirements into effective app features and keep the app compliant with store and privacy requirements.
- Develop strategies to acquire and retain students, with a focus on B40 youth, and form partnerships with schools, NGOs, and education stakeholders.
- Define, track, and report programme KPIs and collect post-programme outcome data to demonstrate real student impact.
- Support donor reporting and funding conversations with evidence-based programme updates.
