- Demonstrate real-world scenarios through role modelling;
- Provide networking opportunities through developing contacts and identifying potential job resources.
Code of Conduct
- Value the mentee as a person;
- Develop mutual trust and respect;
- Help the mentee solve their own problem rather than provide solutions immediately;
- Listen to what is being said and how it is being said;
- Focus on the mentee’s development in accordance with their potential and interests.

What do I need?
- Able to commit to the 3-month mentoring programme (preparation, training, meetings, mentoring sessions, etc.) about 15 hours in total.
- Able to participate in the mentoring sessions via online/ physical sessions
- University and/or college graduates are welcome to apply
- Minimum 2 years of working experience (referral may be required)
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English
