  • Provide motivation and emotional support for mentee;
  • Demonstrate real-world scenarios through role modelling;
  • Provide networking opportunities through developing contacts and identifying potential job resources.

Code of Conduct

  • Value the mentee as a person;
  • Develop mutual trust and respect;
  • Help the mentee solve their own problem rather than provide solutions immediately;
  • Listen to what is being said and how it is being said;
  • Focus on the mentee’s development in accordance with their potential and interests.

What do I need?

  • Able to commit to the 3-month mentoring programme (preparation, training, meetings, mentoring sessions, etc.) about 15 hours in total.
  • Able to participate in the mentoring sessions via online/ physical sessions
  • University and/or college graduates are welcome to apply
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience (referral may be required)
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English
