Khaty first joined SOLS 24/7 in 2014 under the SOLS ChangeMaker programme. As an avid traveller, Khaty had the opportunity to travel within Malaysia and as well as internationally as she flew all the way to Europe, Portugal for Erasmus+ programme to introduce SOLS 24/7 to other NGOs from Europe.
She has been a Google Certified Trainer since 2015 and is also SOLS Foundation's Google Trainer where she has been training 1,000+ teachers around Malaysia year after year. Currently, she is the Digital Skills Manager and she is conducting online classes on the SOLS Foundation’s Online Learning Platform. Khaty has been using technology to inspire everyone, from children to adults, and from school students to teachers, to access the benefits of technology for their own betterment.
She strongly believes that technology is not something that you should only know about, but it's something that you should understand. By understanding the tools or product, she believes to improve the digital literacy rate of B40 communities in Malaysia.
