Junior Project Coordinator

Job Overview

The junior project coordinator role is back-end support of our mission. As a project manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of moderate to complex projects to support the growth of our organization.

What do I need?

• Preferable to have experience of 1-2 years in any previous project management role though fresh grads are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in Google and/or Microsoft suite of tools is a must.
• Preferably to have experience in administering HRD funds and processes for claims and others
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn about different policies and procedures.
  

What will I do?

• Manage a portfolio of moderate to complex projects related to our work, this involves planning delivery of training projects and the administration required to ensure we are in line with expectations.
• Solving business problems and effectively engaging stakeholders with enablement knowledge in operations and technology.
• Understand and support the KPIs, including the ability to do effective process analysis, report quality results, and work to drive ongoing improvements
• Responsible for developing new ideas and strategies to support key business drivers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Manage our project budgets through regular finance tracking.
• Execute project governance to ensure that all tasks are followed through to completion.
