Our programme aims to equip TVET graduates with skills to choose and win the right course, choose & win the right job, succeed in jobs and build progressive careers that allow them to grow in a career pathway.
The programme helps graduates develop academic readiness skills, job readiness skills, life skills/mental habits and professional skills, delivered through a hybrid of online and in-person learning.

SOLS Foundation has developed an operationalisation path for each of the demographics.
This is based on the current expertise (youth/18+), practicality (existing material and infrastructure) and credibility (historical achievement) for SOLS.
We use successes and leverages created at the stages we are well set up for, to generate the resources and leverage needed to enter the stages that are new to us.
TVET Academy is part of our immediate focus on the first group - post-secondary & tertiary education - and the current solutions are designed for this demographic.
