What do I need?

To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to have:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Operations Management, etc.).
  • Previous experience in administration, operations, or related areas is advantageous, but exceptional fresh graduates will also be considered.
  • Ability to coordinate with suppliers and service providers.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (minimum B1 proficiency, Band 4 MUET), both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and digital skills for work.
  • Ability to understand and work with research and data.
  • Basic knowledge of budget planning and expense tracking.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvements and efficiency.

What will I do?

In this role you will:

  • Assist in collating and creating databases of potential clients, partners, and training venues.
  • Support negotiations and agreements with venues for training events.
  • Coordinate logistics with clients, including materials distribution for training events.
  • Assist in project management for key programs.
  • Manage logistics for training events and maintain equipment inventories.
  • Coordinate with program teams for necessary resources and maintain data in the HRDCorp Etris system.
  • Track grant claims, invoicing, and payments.
  • Assist in CRM system management for email marketing campaigns.
  • Support marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Assist in managing marketing results dashboard.
  • Issue certificates for educational programs.
  • Contribute to creating SOPs and operational standards for process improvement.
