What do I need?
To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to have:
- Experience in B2B sales and telemarketing.
- A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business, or Mass Communication.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A knack for quickly understanding information and assessing customers’ requirements.
- Having a background in corporate training is a bonus.
What will I do?
In this role you will:
- Identify and research potential customers through various sources, including referrals and industry events.
- Contact and engage prospects via calls, emails, and meetings to introduce products or services.
- Present and explain product features, pricing, and benefits while addressing customer inquiries.
- Build and maintain accurate customer records, including interactions and sales activities.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations to potential customers.
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to improve sales strategies.
- Develop tailored sales proposals and negotiate terms to meet customer needs.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, expense reports, and other necessary documentation.
