Job Overview
The Brand and Content Executive is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across various digital platforms to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

What do I need?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.
- Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Insights).
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms and campaign management.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) (a plus).
- Working knowledge of video editing software (a plus).
- Analytical skills and ability to use marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong understanding of brand management principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
What will I do?
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Marketing Communication Creation: Produce compelling collateral such as brochures, newsletters, and presentations consistent with brand guidelines.
- Organic Marketing: Implement strategies to grow the brand's online presence and engage with relevant communities and influencers.
- Email Marketing: Plan and execute campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions using segmented lists.
- Copywriting: Strong skills in crafting persuasive and engaging copy for various marketing materials and platforms.
- Video Marketing Management: Proficiency in developing and managing video content strategies across relevant channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Referral Marketing: Ability to conceptualize and implement referral marketing programs to leverage existing customer networks and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Other tasks requested from your supervisor.
