English Language Programme Manager
Full Time Kuala Lumpur

About Us

SOLS Foundation is a leading in-person and online education provider for the underserved communities and those in the B40 group. Our mission is to help them move out of poverty and achieve stable middle-class outcomes through education and social empowerment programmes.

We strongly view English proficiency as an enabler for individuals to access information, education, employment and holistic development opportunities. Our mobile application, SOLS edu ACE, aims to help secondary school youth prepare for and ACE their English end-of-high-school exam (ie. SPM, TKA) in Malaysia and Indonesia. This self-study programme is fully free of charge and created in support of youth from low-income households who may not otherwise afford tuition or classes to achieve advanced proficiency in English and miss out on educational and career opportunities as a consequence of it.

Job Overview

Are you passionate about transforming education, leveraging technology for social good, and building programmes from the ground up? In this role, you'll lead the transformation of a proven English teaching methodology into a mobile learning experience that puts exam-ready English education into the hands of thousands of Malaysian youth who cannot afford tuition or private classes.

From curriculum design to app development, promotion and school partnerships, you'll own this project end to end, shaping a scalable impact tool that can change how underserved communities across Malaysia access quality education.
