En Ning is an Educational Scientist with a passion for inclusive education. Her interest in education was sparked during her work with children with special educational needs. Her experience with training their learning and social skills has ignited her motivation to learn about instructional strategies that make learning fun and meaningful for all learners, regardless of their culture, background, and capabilities. This brought her to pursue a Research Master's degree in Educational Sciences in the Netherlands, where learning institutions work closely with educational experts and researchers in instructional design, curriculum planning, and policymaking. With a background in educational research and psychology, she seeks to bridge educational practice with research to bring about scientifically- and societally impactful outcomes.
As an instructional designer in SOLS Foundation, she is currently involved in curating learning content and delivering classes in the Solar Academy project. She hopes to understand more about the educational needs and learning profiles of the B40 population, by reaching out to them through SOLS Foundation education. She believes that the equity of employment opportunities can be achieved by making the SOLS learning experience inclusive for all.
