SOLS 24/7 works unconditionally towards transforming underserved communities to become aware of their true potential, break the cycle of poverty and move towards middle-class society. Through various education, social empowerment programmes, an online education platform for the bottom 40% of the population, SOLS 24/7 provides free education, and vocational and social empowerment programmes to communities with a strong focus in Malaysia and Indonesia.
Under the direct supervision of the Education Director, the Instructional Designer (Digital Learning) would develop a clear understanding of the SOLS programmes and find additional, matching online learning resources, organise and make them accessible on the website so that beneficiaries can utilize them.
The Instructional Designer (Digital Learning) will work in close collaboration with the programme and communications teams, and may engage with programme beneficiaries for a better understanding of their profile and needs.
The long term impact that the Instructional Designer (Digital Learning) creates is by setting up repositories and by promoting awareness of valuable resources that the B40 can use to uplift themselves in different areas of their needs.
