Job Overview
The Sales & Partnership Manager will play a key role in;
- Building effective long-term relationships with customers requiring corporate training providers
- Building effective long-term relationships with partners who may provide curriculums, venues, collaterals, merchandise and more
- Building effective long-term relationships with governmental agencies and bodies to ensure the corporation and its offerings are within any legal requirements
- Perform sets of sales activities that effectively achieve organisational strategies and financial goals
- Actively negotiate with partners to minimise expenses and company overheads
- Conduct market research to analyse competitors, the efficiency of sales strategies and better implementation processes

What do I need?
Essential Education
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in any field.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Google Drive is preferred
- Experience in the usage of digital technology and tools for work.
Preferred Experience and Knowledge
- Minimum of 5-7 years working experience in sales and partnerships for corporate training providers or related industries
- Knowledge in lead generation, conversion, and client servicing
- Knowledge in partnership maintenance & management
- Knowledge in governmental processes, inclusive of HRDC course registration and claiming processes
- Knowledge in B2B marketing, sales forecasting and budgeting, and sales package creation would be an advantage
Necessary technical, functional or language skills
- Must have own transportation and workstation (laptop);
- Strong proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia essential (oral and written);
- Proficiency in other languages will be advantageous;
- Excellent people and community skill;
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationship with others;
- Proven ability in the areas of organisation skills, conflict resolution, advocacy and group facilitation;
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a multidisciplinary team;

- Source new corporate training leads & convert into sales
- Source new partnerships that will be beneficial to company
- Ensure all legal and governmental requirements are achieved
- To achieve quarterly sales target
- To create exciting corporate training packages that attract a large volume of potential leads while remaining highly profitable to the company
- Manage relationships with existing customers, governmental bodies and partners
- Lower project expenses through negotiations with partners
- Support current and upcoming projects
- Conduct market research
- Any ad-hoc task assigned by the reporting manager
