Kellex Kelvon Sikau works with the Energy Access Department at SOLS Foundation, supporting solar projects that serve communities across Malaysia. He holds a Bachelor of Software Engineering (Education Software) from Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI).
After completing his studies, he was involved in community-based media work in his village in Tinangol, Sabah, where he volunteered and started a small media team with local youth.
He later worked in telecommunications with Telekom Malaysia, supporting customer engagement and helping coordinate service schedules, while contributing to reporting and campaign data tracking. He also worked in Singapore as an Assistant Store Manager at MOS Foods Singapore Pte Ltd, where he supported daily operations and team coordination. Across these experiences, he has worked in different industries and environments, building the ability to adapt and contribute effectively in varied contexts.
At SOLS Foundation, he contributes to initiatives such as the Decarbonise CSR Program and Kampung Solar projects, supporting solar installations for welfare centres and Orang Asli communities. His work includes coordinating with NGOs and stakeholders, working alongside technical and verification teams, and supporting on-ground implementation, monitoring, and documentation.
He is drawn to work that makes a direct difference and continues to build his experience in supporting solutions that serve underserved and indigenous communities across Malaysia.
