
Naufal contributes to the fundraising and stakeholder engagement efforts of the organisation. He supports the department by identifying opportunities, building meaningful relationships with donors and partners, preparing proposals and strengthening communication around SOLS’s impact.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Malaya and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. Before joining SOLS, he practised law before transitioning into a full-time social impact practitioner.
Naufal has worked with local and international NGOs, especially in the areas of community development and partnerships. Through his previous work, he has managed community-based programmes, supported grant and donor reporting and developed capacity-building initiatives for underserved communities. His experience includes working closely with institutional partners, funders and regional organisations to ensure that programmes are practical and impact-driven.
Through his role, Naufal aims to contribute to SOLS’s mission of creating lasting, inclusive change for underserved communities.
